Hi there,

I’m Desi Petet. A Christian, wife, mom & dog mom- from a small town in the potato state (Idaho), living near a big city in the evergreen state (Washington).

My entire life I’ve never been a short winded woman and I’ve never been big on moderation in any capacity. By that I mean, I have strong opinions and I’m happy to chat with almost anyone about basically anything. I’ll be using this blog to share my experiences and opinions along this wild ride that is motherhood, marriage, and life in general.

  • I’ve been known to be really opinionated but I’m also very aware that I’m not always right (just don’t’ tell my husband, I said that).
  • This site might end up containing the randomest assortment of content. On top of having mom brain, I also have severe adult ADHD. These things combined can cause me to get sidetracked and go off on tangents like you wouldn’t believe.

My goal for this site is to help me organize my thoughts and opinions “on paper” and if I can entertain or provide useful information to anyone along the way that’s a huge plus. Thanks for stopping by!
